Most Nashville residents are represented by a handful of elected officials, including one or more mayors, a City Council Member for your district, and five “At-Large” City Council Members who represent all of us. Please email each of them your thoughts on this issue. They want to hear from you!

Not a Nashville Resident? That’s OK. Eighth Avenue is also Highway 31, a state highway. That means the State of Tennessee (specifically TDOT) has authority over this change, too, so all Tennessee residents have a right to be heard. Governor Bill Haslam represents all of Tennessee and lives just off of Franklin Pike. Brentwood residents should also inform their city government of this issue.
